About me

Hi everyone, I'm Cami! Always a creative person, my fascination with cake and sugar art started in the mid 90's when I received the book Colette's Cakes as a gift. Inspired by the amazing Colette Peters, I began making custom cakes for friends and family, and eventually the catering company I worked for asked me to start making cakes for events. I discovered the excited world of cookie decorating while attending the South Florida Cake and Candy expo in 2018. I am completely self taught and continue taking workshops and classes as often as possible to learn new and exciting decorating techniques.

 

Batter For It was born out of my love for baking things which are not only delicious, but are decorated with a great deal of thought, detail and care.

Here at Batter For It, I have a passion for making cookies that are fun, elegant and completely unique (and of course, delicious!) In addition to baking for others, I also have a passion for teaching others how to create their very own masterpieces using the fundamentals I have learned and practiced over the years. I'd love to have you join me in one of my workshops!
